Rooted in five empowering F Words—Focus, Foundation, Fuel, Fire, and Flow—this interactive, hands-on series invites you to explore mindful transitions in both your body and your kitchen.

Together, we’ll break presence down into accessible pieces, noticing how we move, eat, react, and reset. With gentle yoga, sensory rituals, food therapy, and group reflection, each session can support:

• Noticing and shifting patterns in how you move through life, on and off your mat

• Nourishing your relationship with food, habits, and energy

• Making space for change—one breath, one bite, one moment at a time
