As we look ahead to a time of change, both expected and unexpected, this 90-minute session offers space for thoughtful individual and collective reflection on upcoming life transitions and what those transitions might mean for you and our campus community.
In the months ahead, campus life will shift in different ways, no matter where you find yourself on your own journey. This moment invites space for exploring possibilities, trying to make sense of change and considering what might be next—whether now or in the future.
During this time together, you can reflect on personalized questions such as:
· What might this time of uncertainty mean about me?
· What might this time of uncertainty mean to me?
· What might this time of uncertainty mean for me?
As you consider your path, whether you’re exploring options or simply seeking clarity, it may also be meaningful to reflect on:
· What could retirement mean about me, if and when the time feels right?
· What could retirement mean to me?
· What could retirement mean for me?
Through a blend of guided conversations and proactive self-reflection, this facilitated session offers a supportive space for moving from confusion toward clarity, from uncertainty toward curiosity and from hesitation toward possibility.
The session will be facilitated by Haze Schepmyer, a Life-Event Transitions Mediator who brings authentic insight and practical guidance to moments of personal and professional change. With a compassionate and grounded approach, Haze supports individuals in navigating transitions with thoughtfulness, resilience and a greater preparedness for whatever life events may come their way.
